所謂「好的開始就是成功的一半！」，而一個成功的軟體專案，就須從做好專案規劃，從而訂定軟體專案管理計畫書，並於專案全程發揮執行力，依計畫執行、監控，方能圓滿收場。而盱衡國內軟體專案問題的核心，即在於缺乏完整而有效的專案規劃。中華民國資訊軟體品質協會有鑑於此，除開辦軟體專案管理人才培訓專班外，亦著眼於實務工作，辦理「如何進行專案規劃及撰寫軟體專案計畫」相關講座，使會員及學員可以將理論、標準及實務相結合，應用於實際工作中，提升個人的專業價值。歡迎報名參加！
